TERMS OF SERVICE

• The price can change depending on complexity, details, and number of characters in an illustration.

• Price will never change after I give you the initial quote.  (Except for extra requests from you)

• I can refuse or cancel a commission at any time if the request violates these terms or includes inappropriate, hateful, or illegal content.

• I can share the commissioned artwork on my website, portfolio, and social media unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• I will work to provide the most satisfactory result. This relies on good communication between both parties. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if (The Client) does not provide adequate communication (ghosting) or engages in rude/inappropriate behavior.

• Please always notify me before the commission if you would like something with a deadline.

• My artworks CANNOT be used for AI training or be used in any AI software.

• Payments through PayPal.

• The payment is split 50% before the sketch and 50% after the final sketch approval.

• Don't send me any payment before I have requested you to send me the payment.

• Payments are accepted in USD or EUR via PayPal.

Once you send me a commission request, I will let you know if I accept the commission or not.

When I accept the commission:

• 1) We will discuss references and I'll give you the timeframe. (which doesn't exceed 2 months after the order is confirmed)

• 2) I will send you the payment info/invoice for 50% of the price

• 3) After I get the payment, I will start working on your artwork.

Revisions are included in the price. 1-2 revisions are possible, beyond that, extra fees will apply. A fee will also be added if you want something changed on the final accepted sketch.

You can cancel at any stage of your order.

If I do not get a reply within 14 days of when the payment is due, the commission will be cancelled.​

Rights for the full refund:

• Before I start painting the commission.

• If I can’t finish the commission for personal reasons.

Rights for a partial refund:

• The partial refund applies once I have already started painting the commission. The amount of charges depends on the amount of time worked on the commission. You can cancel at each step.

​No refund:

• If (The Client) completely stops communicating despite my best efforts, I have the right to cancel the commission and may retain all funds if work has already begun.

If you want to cancel your order, please let me know by email. I will send you the work in progress and charge you for the part I already painted, you will get the rest of the money back.​

• Unless a commercial license has been discussed and paid for, (The Client) agrees that the produced artwork is for private use only.

• (The Client) may not use the work with intent to make profit from it. (The Client) may produce prints for personal use or to gift to friends/family

License terms

• Commercial license -> 25%-100% of the base price.

• Copyright license -> 100%-200% of the base price.​

I (the artist)

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason.

• I have the right to refuse projects according to my  capabilities.

• I retain original copyright and ownership of the work unless (The Client) has paid for full rights and exclusivity.

• I reserve the right to post the work-in-progress and completed versions of the commissioned artwork on my social medias accounts and in my portfolio if not discussed otherwise before starting the commission.

You (commissioner)

• You may upload the commissioned artwork online on any website and social channels.

• You may use the artwork for personal items such as: Social media profile pictures, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, private prints, merch for personal usage or gifts for friends

• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes if not discussed otherwise.

• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork (modify, edit, change) without my written consent.

• You must inform me in advance if the final payment will be delayed due to financial issues.

(The Client) must read, understand and agree to all these terms before entering an agreement with me (The Artist). Upon payment, (The Client) is agreeing to the aforementioned terms.

The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.
